Since joining the ICP, Jamison has increased the pace and impact of the Institute’s work. The ICP has covered a wide range of topics including health care, infrastructure, scaling up businesses, and the utility of government grants in attracting businesses to Ontario. In a recent release, License to innovate: How government can reward risk, the ICP tackles one of Jamison’s true passions – innovation in public policy.
Under Jamison’s leadership, the ICP has continued to produce an annual report but now also puts out a bi-weekly blog and a quarterly report. The explicit goal has been to increase the reach and relevance of the Institute’s work.
The year ahead promises to be an exciting one at the ICP as the Institute releases papers on clusters and the impact of carbon pricing in Ontario.
